Petersen Campaign Raffles Ghost Gunner 2 DIY Gun Creating Machine

Kansas City, MO - The Austin Petersen for U.S. Senate campaign announced today they will be showing Petersen’s commitment to the Second Amendment by giving away a Ghost Gunner 2. Popular among gun enthusiasts, the self-contained milling machine is capable of printing parts for a firearm. This giveaway comes after the Trump administration's settlement with Wilson and Defense Distributed, which allows organizations to publish gun design plans, files and 3D drawings in any form and exempting them from export restrictions.

“Unlike my primary opponent Josh Hawley who supports the regulation of firearms accessories, I have absolutely no compromise to offer on your Second Amendment rights,” said Petersen. “This technology, as well as the victory of Cody Wilson and Defense Distributed, is a step in the right direction towards expanding rights for gun owners in the U.S.”

DIY guns, or ‘ghost guns’ are untraceable by the federal government due to their lack of serial numbers. The Ghost Gunner 2 model has been used by hundreds of people to manufacture their own aluminum lowers for custom built firearms.

This 3D technology is being heralded as the ‘end of gun control’ by many in the media. Petersen was previously banned from Facebook twice for advertising AR15 giveaways. The bans were revoked after Petersen penned an open letter to the social media giant which alluded to their Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg’s friendship and financial support of Petersen’s opponent, incumbent democrat Claire McCaskill, as a driving force behind the ban. Facebook’s terms of service have since been updated to no longer allow gun giveaways.

Austin Petersen is a pro-life, pro-liberty, pro-Constitution candidate for U.S. Senate. Petersen is a small business owner and the founder of the online news source, The Libertarian Republic. Previously, he pursued a career in media as a Producer for Judge Andrew Napolitano’s show Freedomwatch on Fox Business and as a Director of Production for Freedomworks.

The primary election for U.S. Senate in Missouri will be held on August 7th, 2018.
